Volunteering is a great way to be involved with your student’s education. The music program strives for all stakeholders to be informed. Please follow our calendar and facebook page, Pasco Middle School Music.
Why Volunteer?
Volunteering not only allows parents to be involved but also gives our music students the support they need to be successful…
- Our parent meetings gives families a chance to have a voice directly with their student’s teacher and typically last 30 minutes or less.
- Volunteer to help. We have activities throughout the year that we need your support. Here are some examples:
- The band will run concessions at the middle school football games as a fundraiser.
- We will also need chaperones for various events throughout the year
How to volunteer
Florida law requires all school volunteers to undergo a new background check each year. Please follow this LINK to fill out an application.
Please email Mr.Schmidt to inform him you’ve completed the Volunteer application.
Parent meetings
Band 2, Band 3, and Jazz Band students should sign in Charms for the most up to date information.
Band 1 and Chorus students will receive letters in class for upcoming events.
