Next Thursday, October 30th, please come out for our Fall Festival from 5:45-7:30pm! Bring the family out for a free night of fun! There will be some concessions available for purchase, family friendly games on the track field, some Science activities at Pasco Elementary, and a Trunk-or-Treat! Our book fair will also be open for families to purchase some great books, so stop by the Media Center as well!
This week I bring you an important message regarding the upcoming Pasco Pathways Expos that will highlight the choices and innovative programs available in our county for the 26-27 school year. We will host two evenings for families: Monday, November 10th at Cypress Creek High School and Monday, November 17th at Hudson High School.
Quarter 1 Progress Reports were published today, Friday, September 19. Please check on your child’s progress! On Tuesday we will be kicking off our first school wide fundraiser. Students will be selling cookie dough to help raise money for student and staff incentives.
Math FAST Progress Monitoring assessments are next week. 8th grade tests on Tuesday, 7th grade on Wednesday, and 6th grade on Thursday. Please encourage your child to take their time and do their best work… these assessments DO matter! They determine course placement (grade level content with foundational supports all the way to Algebra and Geometry) and assist us in monitoring student growth throughout the year. Students that maintain or improve their scores from the end of last year (PM3 from May 2025 to PM1 September 2025) will receive a pass for a week of pajamas at school.
