Athletic Participation Requirement
Due to our transition to a K–8 school and limited access to the digital platform during this process, all required NFHS Training Videos must be completed and the athletic paperwork must be submitted in hard copy form prior to tryouts. Completed forms must be turned in to the Athletic Director, Danny Wade, or the head coach of the sport.
Students will not be permitted to try out until all required documents and NFHS Video Trainings have been completed and all of the required forms in this packet have been received and approved.

Each section of this FLOWCHART INCLUDES THE “REQUIRED PAPERWORK’ section. Be sure to complete all of the required documents in that section, print them, and submit the hard copies of each, along with the certificate of completion of the 4 required videos.
